Part III, line 3	In 2023 the membership for AGC of Kansas City merged in with the membership of The Builders a chapter of the AGC tax id 44-0185850 in anticipation of the AGC of Kansas City dissolving in 2026 when the building in which they own half of is paid off and the title is fully transferred to The Builders. The AGC of Kansas City no longer has any income flowing through it and minor expenses. All program services now flow through The Builders.
Part VI, Line 2	Most of the board members own or are employees of commercial construction companies in the region. As such they may do business with each other on occasion.
Part VI, Line 6	The chapter is composed of construction entities that pay dues to become members of the association.
Part VI, Line 7a	Every two years a ballot is issued to all members upon which they vote on the Board of Directors.
