	Annual Convention. Through the activities carried out in the convention the small and medium merchant promotes its good and services. Commercial exchange is achieve and networking is created that increase commercial activities. Over 50 exhibitors display representing independent small and medium businesses participate in the activity marketing its products and services achieving its economical growth.

	Educational and Management Development Training Program. Through the educational and management training program offered over 300 independent child care centers business were impacted. Through the training offered the impacted child care centers were able to update administrative permit documents and applicable laws in accordance with the regulations for this type of organization in Puerto Rico. The centers achieved significant improvements in their infrastructure to provide better services to the population of children they serve. The Centers received monetary relief in relation to payroll payments and recurring utilities expenses to raise their budget and thus be able to continue operating. Monitoring final stage of the program and validating the compliance of programs objectives.

Part VI, Line 6	The organization is made up of members who join by paying a membership fee. These members are entitled to participate in the Annual Meeting of Members. At the annual meeting they excercise their right to elect the officers who comprise the Board of Directors. This election is held every two years. They also exercise their right to vote on amendments to the organizational documents such as amendments to the institutional by laws.
Part VI, Line 7a	The Members of the Centro Unido de Detallistas hold an Annual Assembly to elect the Board of Directors.
Part VI, Line 7b	The Members of the Centro Unido de Detallistas hold an Annual Assembly where they elect the members of the Board and Directors.
Part VI, Line 11a	Before filing Form 990 the Finance Committee review analyzes and presents its recommendations to the President and members of the Board of Directors at an ordinary meeting for final approval.
Part VI, Line 12c	All officers directors and management personnel must adhere to the institutions regulations manual. Any violation is reported to the Board of Directors who by majority vote determine the sanctions or expulsion in accordance with the Institutional Regulations Manual.
Part VI, Line 15	The compensation for President Officer is evaluated reviewed and approved by the members of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is the governmental body that will make the decisions to make final approvals. Compensations for the key employee and other top management are evaluated and recommended by the finance committee and then the President is the one who approved the final decision.
Part VI, Line 19	The organizations website contains a statement that states that governing documents conflict of interest policy financial statements and Form 990 Tax Returns are available for public inspection upon request. The organizational philosophy is based on the values of transparency and creating and maintaining the trust of the members it serves and the general public.
Part VIII Line 2	\| Explanation:\| The organization advanced an educational and management training program aligned with its mission to foster economic technological social and cultural advancement for the represented classes. This initiative aimed to empower companies and professionals to excel in their respective fields and markets. The program was implemented at the request of a Puerto Rican governmental agency. Through a range of services from professional guidance to issue resolution individuals and entities gained social and commercial visibility solidifying their leadership roles. The primary goals included stimulating economic progress in Puerto Rico and supporting the expansion of small and medium enterprises.
