Briefly describe the organization’s mission: We envision a community of vibrant, profitable, and professionally managed farmers markets that provide all Minnesotans access to local farm fresh foods, allow local producers to thrive and grow, and ensure that these opportunities are available to everyone regardless of ethnicity, age, gender identity, or economic standing.

	Farmer Education - Our Farmers Market Academy, Cottage Foods Academy, and annual conference provide a broad suite of resources to help markets and vendors stay safe and legal. In 2024 we launched our Grow Your Green initiative to help more farmers achieve profitability. Nearly 120 farmers participated in in-person workshops, and 20 of those are now trainers who will go on to train new cohorts of farmers in GYG methodologies. The program includes a workbook and monthly coaching.
