Part VI, Line 2	Most board members own or are employees of commercial construction companies in the region. As such they may do business with each other on occasion.
Part VI, Line 6	Entities pay dues to become members of the association. Their membership brings them the benefits provided by the association.
Part VI, Line 7a	An election is held each year where all members are presented a ballot in which they may vote for members of the board to replace those members of the board that have served their designated time.
Part VI, Line 10b	We have locations in Jeff City Springfield North KC in addition to our main office in KC. All monetary transitions happen through the main location and we monitor all offices to make sure they are only providing services consistent with our mission and purpose.
Part VI, Line 11b	The organization does not have a practice of distributing draft tax filings to the general voting membership. Instead oversight of tax filings is assigned to the VP of Accounting and reviewed by the President prior to submission. The Form 990 is made available to any member upon request.
