PART X, LINE 2: US GAAP requires management to evaluate tax positions taken by NDBN and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if NDBN has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would be sustained upon examination by applicable taxing authorities. For the years ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, NDBN has determined that no material uncertain tax positions qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. There has been no tax related interest or penalties for the periods presented in these financial statements.
