Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Organization has members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Per the Constitution of the Organization, the officers and executive board are democratically elected by the members of the Organization. Elections are normally held every four (4) years by majority votes of the delegates to the Convention.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	A Convention is held every four years. Only delegates to the Convention have voting powers. By a majority vote, decisions are voted upon by the delegates. The executive board has governing authority between conventions as outlined in the Constitution and Bylaws.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Secretary/Treasurer of the Organization reviews and approves the Form 990 and provides it to the executive board.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The Secretary/Treasurer and the executive board are responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with the conflict of interest policy. Once a year, the Secretary/Treasurer will require written confirmation by the officers and the executive board that they are in compliance with the policy. The Secretary/Treasurer will also require any officer and/or executive board member to notify the Organization of any changes in compliance with the conflict of interest policy.
