	Oregon City Chamber of Commerce transitioned the Small Business Recovery Grant program into the Small Business Resource Center. The transition moved the grant program out of providing direct COVID-19 relief grants to businesses and into providing worker retraining, small business education, workshops and a variety of other resources for small business owners. The new programming was accepted as an expansion to the purpose and scope of the grant as provided by Oregon Department of Administrative Services. The funds are allocated out of the US Treasuries State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund SLFRF as part of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The Oregon City Chamber is one of six Business Recovery Centers in Clackamas County providing business resources, consulting services and recovery assistance to qualified small businesses.
