What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Business membership organization for businesses in the local downtown Evergreen, Colorado area. Help provide local businesses with the exposure and needed fundraising through annual local events held in downtown Evergreen. We support our community through volunteering, fundraising and other events centered around downtown Evergreen
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Raised money through annual Dam Duck Derby event held in downtown Evergreen. Generated over $38,000 and brought over 2000 people to downtown Evergreen the first Saturday of August.
