Monitoring procedures (Part I, line 2)	Two board members and the AMS team oversee grants paid. These individuals meet with those organizations to oversee the grant process and ensure funds are being used properly. At Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Boards quarterly board meetings and at the annual meeting, the oversight of these grants is discussed with all of the board members.
