Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	in the event a vacancy occurs in one or more of the director's places, whether caused by death, resignation, disqualification or removal as provided by the articles of incorporation or the bylaws, the city council of mission Texas shall appoint a person to the vacant director's place for the unexpired term, subject to the confirmation and approval of a majority of the king's association board. the city council may at any time remove any director in their sole discretion with or without cause.
