Briefly describe the organization’s mission: TO INCREASE AND FOCUS PRIVATE PHILANTHROPY IN THE COLLIER COUNTY AREA. GIFTS TO THE FOUNDATION ARE MANAGED AND OVERSEEN BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE PROFESSIONAL STAFF OF THE FOUNDATION. ORGANIZATIONS, INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES CAN INVEST WITH THE FOUNDATION IN A WAY THAT BEST FITS THEIR FINANCIAL AND CHARITABLE GOALS. ACCOUNTABILITY, FLEXIBILITY AND EXPERTISE ARE THE VALUES AND BEHAVIORS THAT GOVERN ALL FOUNDATION TRANSACTIONS. THE TAX BENEFITS OF INVESTING WITH THE FOUNDATION ARE REALIZED IMMEDIATELY AND CHARITABLE DECISIONS CAN BE DEFERRED.
