What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Organized as an employee social club, the organization exists to promote general welfare and friendship among employees of Dominion Energy (formerly SCANA Corporation). Organization was dissolved and Articles of Dissolution were filed in November of 2022. Remaining assets were distributed to charitable organization December 3, 2024
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Social Functions - Social Functions are held to encourage interaction among the members. Functions are organized to offer activities to all aspects of the membership; retirees, children, single, couples, etc. However, activities were suspended for 2020-2024 due to COVID. Organization is being dissolved as of December 3, 2024
