Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	In May of each year an annual budget for the next fiscal year is presented to the membership as a first reading. In June it is read again and voted on for approval. It requires a simple majority of those present to pass. Any charitable requests greater than $500.00 that subsequently occur after the budget is passed are also required to have 2 readings and the approval of a simple majority of the membership present at the 2nd reading.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	A draft copy of form 990 is emailed to each officer or snail mailed to those without an email address. They are requested to review the entire form and to ask any questions about any portion and/or note any questions they may have on possible errors.
