Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Post prepares the Form 990. Once the draft is complete the Commander and Quartermaster reviews the return, then it is summitted to the remaining governing body members for approval before filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Trustees, as an independent governing body of the Post, are responsible for determining the compensation for positions, i.e. Commander and Top Management, to be approved by voting meeting.
