Part X, Line 2:	The Club is exempt from many corporate income taxes under section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Club is subject to federal and state income tax on its unrelated business income (primarily non-member activities and usage of the Club) and to the Indiana gross income tax on virtually all of its receipts except dues. The Club's income tax returns are subject to examination by the appropriate taxing jurisdictions. As of October 31, 2024, The Club's federal and state tax returns are open for examination as each year's returns remain open for three years.
