The bookkeeper that was employed at the time of the filing passed away. It was the understanding of the President that all necessary documentation was given to the CPA. The stopped communication with the President and until a new bookkeeper was recently hired we were unaware this had not been completed or that an extension had not been filed. We have a solid system in place at this time and future reports will be filed on time. We would appreciate your consideration in this matter and we have taken corrective action to appropriately fix the issues.
