What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To provide agricultural, irrigation water to the Terror Ditch and Reservoir Company shareholders.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Terror Ditch and Reservoir Company provides irrigation water to 50 residents and shareholders on Garvin Mesa, located near Paonia in Delta County Colorado. The shareholders pay dues so that the Ditch Company can maintain and operate the Terror Reservoir, ditches, gates and division boxes so that the water can be conveyed to the shareholder's properties for agriculture and farming. The ditch Company has a volunteer board and a paid ditch rider(s) that provides leadership, oversight and maintenance for the Ditch Company. All shareholder dues go towards the direct upkeep, maintenance and care of the reservoir and the ditch system that conveys the irrigation water. Presently the Ditch Company has added a special assessment to provide additional money in anticipation of essential repairs and upgrades. Terror Ditch and Reservoir Company largest expenses were payroll for the ditch rider, equipment expenses and insurance.

29 Terror Ditch and Reservoir CO. is currently preparing for a major, capital project--to pipe over 1 mile of our ditch that is in an extremely vulnerable area. Last year we spent almost $9,000 on design and engineering for this project. Terror Ditch and Reservoir Company also spent nearly $7,000 on major maintenance to its excavator and UTV to keep them in working order last year. Finally, insurance payments of just under $6,000 were the Ditch Company's third largest expense.
