Schedule O: Part 1.16 Total amount includes 3 line item budget items as well as documentation of expenses according to the three areas of Club Accomplishments. 1. $25,000 paid to Green Valley Recreation (GVR), the umbrella organization, as the Clubs share of the cost of renovating an existing GVR building for use as our studio. 2. $250 paid to the Green Valley Foundation as a donation to their fund to help GVR members pay for their annual dues. 3. $734 paid to AZ Dept of Revenue for sales tax on inventory items sold at the store, donated items sold at the store and supplies sold as part of workshops. 4. Studio space and equipment - Costs for studio equipment, furnishings and supplies. It includes cost of software and supplies used by the Club to administer the Club. 5. Firing and molds - Costs for new kilns, furnishings and supplies. It includes purchase of new molds and supplies to care for the molds and kilns. 6. Studio store - Cost for store supplies, furnishings and the software and hardware for the Point of Sale system used at the store. Part 3 Total costs associated with the Clubs 3 main accomplishments described in the section Note: The Club received a copy of 1099-K form from Adyen Inc. for funds paid to the Club through their financial system: Affinipay. These funds were paid by members to register for club workshops or renew club membership. These were pass through funds. The Club paid Affinipay the credit card processing fees for all transactions as well as a service charge for their work. There are tracked as part of club administrative expenses.
