Schedule J, Part I, Line 4b Supplemental nonqualified retirement plan The Trust adopted a nonqualified deferred retirement savings plan (457(b)) for senior management and highly compensated employees on January 1, 2003. The plan currently allows eligible employees to defer salary amounts up to the maximum allowed under IRS regulations. The Retirement Committee adopted a resolution on November 18, 2015 specifying that a select group of management or highly compensated employees are eligible to participate. As of June 30, 2024 and 2023, assets and liabilities associated with this plan are $625,391 and $491,982, respectively.
