THE RESIDENCE AT SAINT MARY HOME - A SUPERVISED HOUSING PROGRAM FOR 12 INDIVIDUALS WITH SERIOUS AND PERSISTENT MENTAL HEALTH DISABILITIES THAT PREVENT THEM FROM LIVING SUCCESSFULLY AND INDEPENDENTLY IN THE COMMUNITY. ELIZABETH HOUSE; IT PROVIDES A SOUP KITCHEN, DAY SHELTER AND COMMUNITY RESOURCES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO ARE HOMELESS OR AT RISK OF BECOMING HOMELESS.
