Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b	The members of Holtville Water System, Inc. must approve changes to the governing documents, decisions to dispose or transfer substantial portions of the organization's property, as well as other decisions that are reserved to the members by law and/or the organization's governing documents.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	The Form 990 was reviewed by the General Manager and the Officer Manager before it was presented to the Board of Directors. A copy of the Form 990 was then provided to the Board of Directors at a board meeting prior to filing the form with the Internal Revenue Service.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15	The Board of Directors approves all compensation, and the decisions to approve the compensation are reflected in the minutes.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19	The organization's governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are available upon request at Holtville Water System's main office.
