Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2	Morgan Hefner was Vice President at the same time his spouse Marsha Hefner was Co-Swim Chair. Both members rolled off the board in 2024. Kate and Dan Reilly are now Co-Swim Chairs and are granted 1 joint vote for Board matters as the Swim chair.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 3	Aquatech was contracted to manage the swimming pool including bringing in their own employees from May through September. Aquatech management met regularly with the board to address any issues.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	We are a member owned club, where dues are collected annually to maintain the upkeep of the property.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Every September the members elect new board members who serve for 2 years. The elections are for half the board, where each position is voted on within a 24 month period.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	If Board wants to change by-laws this has to be approved by membership. Everyday operations of the club is approved by the elected board and does not need approval by entire membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	990 Form is completed by Treasurer with input as needed from other Board Members. President and Treasurer review before submission. 990 and any other tax forms are available to members upon request.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Governing Documents, policies, and financial statements are available upon request and held at the club's physical location at 800 Orleans Place in Raleigh North Carolina
Form 990, Part XI, Line 9	Change in value of fixed assets due to change in policy on depreciation and payments on existing loan.
