Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Each member has one vote on matters that require votes.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Correspondence is sent out to the total members for board member recommendation to replace the four board members rotating off. A nominating committee of 3-5 members is appointed by the chairman to nominate a list of eight nominees. This list is then mailed to the entire membership for them to select their four choices. The list is compiled and the top four are voted on as replacements.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Other than election of board members, the only other decisions which require membership approval are changes in the bylaws. Bylaws may be amended by a 2/3 vote of the board of directors and a 2/3 vote of members present at any regular of special meeting, providing a notice of the proposed changes has been given to all members not less than ten days prior to such meeting.
