BASED UPON THE DATA OBTAINED, THE EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE APPROVES COMPENSATION RECOMMENDATIONS. THE DAYTON FOUNDATION'S FORMAL PAY PLAN IS ADJUSTED TO REFLECT CURRENT MARKET SALARY SURVEY DATA.
