Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Each member of the Council signs a new conflict of interest statement on a yearly basis. The Council is made aware of any potential conflicts and the affected Council Member is recused from any discussion and/or vote regarding the area of potential conflict.
Form 990, Part I, Section B, Line 15a15b President of the Guild is paid enough to match highest possible pay of any member of the bargaining unit. Officers are paid at 80 of the reate paid to a regular employee of the bargaining unit with no additional years of seniority, either through release time from the District or paid directly by the Guild.
