The General Manager uses a comparative salary model that looks at salaries for the industry and the area serviced by the organization for non-union employees. Salaries in part are based on a scale provided in this model. |

The financial statements are mailed to all members and to any member that requests them. The Cooperative's Independent Auditor is present and reports to the membership at the Cooperative's Annual Membership Meeting. Relevant policies are on our website and available upon request. |
