What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Primary purpose is to provide service to the parish community and community as a whole by performing works of charity such as helping when individuals experience hardships such as medical, home financial hardships etc. We also serve our local Church by supporting financially the different ministries that support the goals of the church such as "helping hands ministry" which provides financial support to the needy and "Life Teen" ministry that invites teens into a safe environment to help them become better adults. We also support the Coats for Kids program where we utilize our funds to support the purchase of coats for needy children who may go without during a cold winter.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Over 300 coats provided to needy children on the San Carlos Indian Reservation. Assisted with funeral expenses for a needy person, assisted with family financial hardships. Provided funds for scholarships for youth unable to pay for costs for Catechism Education. Provided funds to support the St. Joseph Youth Camp so the youths in the state can attend a summer camp that is non-denominational where they will learn life skills and enjoy outdoor activity in a camp environment. Financially assisted persons from our Parish to attend a pilgramage to Vatican City in Rome in celebration of the Jubilee Year!
