Other	ATTACHMENT 2 FORM 990, PART III - PROGRAM SERVICE, LINE 4A Research: the organization engages in research to identify ways in which the healthcare industry can improve business conditions. This includes innovation and evaluation of best practices and technologies that drive high quality clinical performance. For example, the organization has initiatives to help organizations explore the development of shared services capabilities in areas such as laboratory services, cooperative energy management, corporate training and education, population health infrastructure, and scarce human resource pooling. The organization also works to accelerate initiatives to bring down the cost of healthcare. Annual meetings and educational events: the organization sponsors an annual meeting and educational events which allows members to share experiences, successes, challenges and best practices. The events are designed to increase industry awareness of SRHOS, promote the role of SRHOS nationally and, potentially create access to organized advocacy on a national level. Website: the organization operates a website to attract members and notify members and the public of research, industry information and conferences. The organization does not currently publish any brochures or pamphlets; publication of information.

Strategic Regional Healthcare Organization, the National Association, Inc. (the ORGANIZATION) was formed to establish a national forum to connect Individual strategic regional healthcare organizations (SRHOS) that were previously not connected by providing one source of Information and support to address their unique challenges and promote their common business interests.
