	Our value proposition includes lobbying at the state and federal level for legislation that will provide a better business environment for dealers and, in some cases, enhance their profitability. We also work to defeat legislation that would be harmful to dealers. We provide dealers with information regarding their state and federal regulatory compliance obligations, forms and supplies, answers to any questions they may have concerning dealership operations, and act as a liaison between individual dealers and state agencies.

ADAND pays ASI a monthly administrative service fee for its services. The total compensation paid to Matthew Larsgaard by ASI in calendar year 2023 was $389,863 consisting of wages of $343,683, deferred compensation of $14,019, and other benefits of $32,161.
