Part VI, Section B, Line 1	No material difference in voting rights among members of the governing body. An Executive Committee consisting of the President Vice-President Past President Executive Director and Treasurer may meet independently to discuss and make scheduling decisions but all decisions regarding chapter policy and finances will be brought to the entire Board.
Part VI, Line 7a	The Nominations Committee comprising three Board-appointed members and the most recent Past President as chair oversees nominations for President Vice-President and 3 Directors requiring candidate consent. Nomination notices are sent to Chapter members 30 days before the annual meeting with provision for additional nominations by petition within 15 days culminating in a ballot at the meeting where the candidate with the highest votes wins.
Part VI, Line 7b	Amendments to the Chapter By-Laws must be approved by a two-thirds affirmative vote by the membership.
Part VI, Line 11a	No review conducted. The Board will be made aware it was filed and available upon request.
