	The Association's purpose is to provide protection to Wyoming resident policyholders in the event of the failure of the insurance company that issued their life, annuity or health insurance policy. This is the Association's only program service and constitutes 100% of the Association's time. In 2024 the Association provided policyholder benefits to resident insureds of two insolvent insurers. The Association also provided support to policyholder and receivers of a number of open insolvency estates and closed estates.
