Kirkland Foundation, a Tennessee nonprofit corporation which is tax exempt under IRS Code Section 501(c)(3). Specifically, the corporation acquired certain commercial real property located at 2303 Crestmoor Road, Nashville, Tennessee 37215. This property was purchased on June 30, 2017. Management of the property will be handled by the officers and directors of the Robert E. and Jenny D. Kirkland Foundation.
