	Civic Action implemented an email advocacy and fundraising program that is dedicated to empowering and emboldening progressives across the country to take direct action on the most pressing issues facing America today. Civic Action developed and promoted bold policy ideas in four key areas: inclusive democracy, middle-out economics, climate change, and gun responsibility. By engaging with people on social media and through email, Civic Action communicated our outside-the-Beltway thinking, and encouraged political advocacy among grassroots activists and donors.

The Organization follows the requirements of professional literature in accouunting for uncertain tax positions. Under this guidance, an Organization must recognize the tax benefit from an uncertain tax position only if it is more than likely than not that the tax position will be sustained on examination with taxing authorities. The Organization does not believe there are any material uncertain tax positions and accordingly, it will not recognize any liability for uncertain tax position.
