Pt VI, Line 6	The American Legion Post has members who pay annually and/or for life
Pt VI, Line 7a	The management of the Post is supervised by the Post Executive Committee. All members are elected annually by the membership of the Post. Board Trustees are appointed to a 5 year term on nomination from the executive committee and may not hold any other office in the post nor may they succeed themselves.
Pt VI, Line 7b	Post members have reserved the right to approve: amendments to the Post constitution and by-laws, sale or disposition of any real property, admission of new members, the annual budget, annual dues to the Post, and the election of all Post officers and members of the Executive Committee.
Pt VI, Line 11b	All Post governing documents and financial statements are available upon request and are maintained by the Post Adjutant and Post Finance Officer who are co-located in the same office at 101 Waco St., Bryan, TX.
