What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? All For Logan is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting cultural preservation, economic development, and community wellness in the historic neighborhood of Barrio Logan. Our mission is to uplift the voices of residents, support local artists and small businesses, and foster inclusive public spaces through cultural programming, and direct community engagement. We accomplish this by organizing free community events, supporting arts and education initiatives, and empower our underserved communities. Our purpose is to ensure that Barrio Logan remains a vibrant, thriving, and resilient community for generations to come.

28 Cultural Events & Public Programming: We organized and produced several free, family-friendly events, including the annual Día de Muertos Celebration in Barrio Logan, Small Business Saturday, Barrio Art Crawl, The Rolodex project- A digital database of local artists, the Dia De Muertos Artist Residency program. Along with our community partners we co-organized Barrio Art Crawl, Sonidos Del Barrio mini concert series, Barrio Logan Snow Day, The Barrio Logan Science and Art Expo, and Chicano Park Day. These free community events attracted thousands of attendees and featured local artists, live performances, free workshops, and wellness activities that celebrated the heritage and diversity of the neighborhood.

To Whom It May Concern, The late filing was due to unforeseen administrative challenges during a period of organizational transition. Specifically, our organization experienced board changes and internal restructuring. Additionally, due to limited resources, we rely on volunteer or part-time support for all tasks including administrative responsibilities, and these factors contributed to the delay in completing and submitting our filing on time. As soon as we became aware of the missed deadline, we took immediate steps to rectify the issue, including reviewing our internal processes to prevent future delays. All For Logan remains committed to transparency and compliance with federal reporting requirements.
