Other Programs: CAMs food distribution programs reach out to needy families, elderly people, and widows, widowers, or abandoned wives in numerous countries. CAMs Disaster Response Services coordinates volunteers to clean up and rebuild in natural disaster areas of the United States. CAM has numerous other programs and projects including child/school sponsorship, orphan sponsorship, water-related programs, self-help resources and microfinance, search and rescue, billboard evangelism, seed distribution, and various other humanitarian programs.

Medicines: Approximately 345 medical outlets receive donated medicines through the Medicines-for-Multitudes program. These items are a tremendous blessing to the sick and suffering in parts of the world where access to medical supplies and medicine is limited. In 2024, we shipped millions of dollars worth of medicines, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and medical supplies. Some funds are also used to purchase much-needed medicines that we do not receive as donations.

International Crisis: This program helps victims of famine, war, and other disasters in various countries. Supporters donations provide emergency food, medicine, clothing, shelter, or other important aid. CAMs main priority in all International Crisis projects is to share the love of Christ in countries with deep spiritual and economic needs. Some of the many areas where CAM had International Crisis projects during 2024 included Ukraine, Afghanistan, Yemen, Bangladesh, Chad, and Syria.

Literature: At the heart of CAM programs is the goal to get Gods Word into as many hands as possible. In 2024, donations to this program helped provide 3.1 million Bibles. To spread the words of truth, we also use the avenues of Bible story books, inspirational books, Christian family magazines, and Bible correspondence courses. God has opened the door to distribute some of these items in unique places of the world, including closed and restricted countries.

Part X, Line 2-Text in footnote regarding FIN 48 (ASC 740) For uncertainty in an income tax position, CAMs policy is to record a liability for any tax position taken that is beneficial to CAM, including any related interest and penalties, when it is more likely than not the position taken by management with respect to a transaction or class of transactions will be overturned by a taxing authority upon examination. Penalties and interest related to underpayment of income taxes are not recorded as income taxes but as penalties and interest expense. Management believes there are no such positions for either the current year or prior years, and accordingly, no liability has been accrued.

ReturnReference Explanation
Use of grant monitoring procedures (Part I, line 2) Grants of funds made available by CAM to other organizations and individuals outside of the United States are provided for specific projects which have been researched and approved by CAM. Periodic meetings are held, monitoring mechanisms are put in place, and correspondence is conducted to ensure proper accountability, in order to maintain CAMs comfort level with the programs and projects being funded, and to minimize risk of fund deviation. In some cases, visits to the actual recipients or project sites by CAM staff or more lengthy on-site staff placements are conducted for additional monitoring and accountability of projects. Reports are also compiled detailing the products and services supplied with the funding provided.

Return Reference Explanation
Monitoring procedures (Part I, line 2) Grants of funds made available by CAM to other organizations in the United States are provided for specific projects which have been pre-approved by CAM. Periodic meetings are held, monitoring mechanisms are put in place, and correspondence is conducted with recipient organizations to assure proper accountability, in order to maintain CAMs comfort level with the programs and projects being funded, and to minimize risk of fund deviation. In some cases visits to the project site by CAM staff or more lengthy on-site staff placements are conducted for additional monitoring and accountability of projects. Reports are also requested and received showing the products and services provided with the funds given by CAM.

Third party arrangements (Part I, line 32b) CAM uses the services of various third parties to assist in selling donated noncash assets. Third parties include a brokerage firm for liquidation of publicly traded securities and real estate agents that assist in finding buyers for donated real estate. CAM also used the services of other organizations to locate and secure various medicines, medical supplies, footwear, and other items.

General explanation attachment Part I and III, Line 1 (continuation):millions of pounds of food, clothing, medicines, seeds, Bibles, Bible story books, and other Christian literature. Much of the aid goes to needy children, orphans, and Christian families. CAM also helps families provide for themselves through the Family-Self-Support and SALT Microfinance Solutions programs.CAMS Disaster Response Services and Rapid Response Teams coordinate volunteers to help clean up and rebuild for victims of natural disasters in the USA. The Conservative Anabaptist Service Program (CASP) provides an ethical, Selective Service System - approved place of employment for conscientious objectors to serve in case of a draft. Our International Crisis program helps people around the world who suffer from war, famine, and natural disasters. CAM also installs Gospel billboards along Americas major highways, supports several church-planting efforts, and operates two overseas medical clinics.CAMs main purposes of giving material aid are: 1)to help and encourage Gods people and 2)to help bring the Gospel to a lost and dying world.CAM has staff and/or warehouses and distribution networks in Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Haiti, Nicaragua, Liberia, Israel, Greece and Kenya.
