Explanation:

We are a volunteer organization, and in attempting to convey fiscal responsibilities of our club onto a new individual, that individual proved to be inept at managing our books. We have since removed the individual from managing our club finances, cleaned up our books, and are attempting to ensure we are current with all filings. The officers on this board take very seriously the need to file these records, and will purchase professional services to handle our books moving forward to prevent late filings in the future.
