	Predator control is one of the most important programs of the MWGA. Through cooperation with Montana Wildlife Services, producers are provided services to control predation of their sheep by bears, cougars, coyotes and other wildlife and to minimize their losses from same.

	Montana Ram and Ewe sales promote the sheep industry by bringing together consignors and buyers to provide quality breeding stock for the sheep industry. This was the 99th year of the sale.

Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	MWGA is a non-stock, nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Montana. It is a 501(c)5 agricultural association. Membership is open to any sheep or goat producer in Montana. Each member is entitled to one vote. In addition, non-sheep producers may have an Associate membership which is not entitled to vote.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Expiring director positions shall be filled at the MWGA annual meeting by election of a majority of the active members in attendance. 2 directors are elected each year in staggered terms.
Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	Form 990 is sent to the President, Vice President and Executive Secretary for review before filing. Form 990 is available for review by other board members upon request.
