Pt VI, Line 6	The Brookfield Country Club is a not-for-profit 501(c)7 organization. Membership is open to all persons who submit an application for membership. The application is submitted to the Board of Governors and must be endorsed by a member in good standing. The Board of Governors approve the new member by a majority vote. The Board of Governors are elected at the annual meeting of the membership which is held on the third Tuesday of October each year at the Brookfield Country Club clubhouse located at 27117 Jaunt Dr., Brookfield, MO 64628.
Pt VI, Line 7a	The Board of Governors consists of nine (9) members. Three (3) members shall be elected at each annual membership meeting to serve a three (3) year term.
Pt VI, Line 7b	At the annual meeting of the membership any by-laws additions, deletions, or revisions are approved by the total membership.
Pt VI, Line 8a	The Brookfield Country Club holds monthly meetings by the Board of Governors. Minutes are taken at each meeting. The previous monthly minutes are read and approved by the Board of Governors at each monthly meeting.
Pt VI, Line 8b	Each committee is on the monthly meeting agenda and each gives a report to the Board of Governors. The committee reports are recorded in the minutes taken by the secretary of the Board of Governors.
Pt VI, Line 11b	The completed Form 990 is reviewed by the Board of Governors at a monthly meeting before filed with the IRS.
Pt VI, Line 19	Not available to the public since the Broofield Country Club does not complete Form 1023 or 1024.
