LOUIS, MISSOURI, OR VICINITY, FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE CLUB MEMBERS AND THE IOTA CHAPTER OF THE THETA XI FOUNDATION.

	the alumni club of theta xi fraternity provides guidance and leadership to the undergraduate chapter members to aid them in their educational pursuits and development. the club supports these activities by defraying the costs to the undergraduates for these activities, including, but not limited to, the costs of travel, meals and attendee fees. the alumni club also assists chapters to provide opportunities to interact by lending funds for the construction or renovation of chapter housing.
