This includes the renting of afacility where members may live and meet, providing leadership opportunities, andproviding programs that encourage personal growth and provide incentive for membersto join and remain members of the organization.
FORM 990, PART VI, LINE 6 - EXPLANATION OF MEMBERS	Members of the organization include initiated and uninitiated members of Alpha Phiwho are full time students at WPI.It is a private membership organization whosemembers are selected following a series of meetings, socials and interviews byexisting members of the Fraternity at WPI.Women selected for membership must havegood scholarship,be of good character, have an interest in activities that willenhance the academic atmosphere at WPI,and have a sincere desire to contribute to the work of the Fraternity.

	Rent facility that houses some members of the Organization and provides meeting facilities for all members. The experience of living and meeting together promotes bonds between members and provides mutual support

	Members of the Executive Board attend a Conference over a three day period to obtain training for their positions. The training teaches the Officers how to manage the Organization and provides them with networking opportunities as they meet other members from other Alpha Phi Chapters in their region.
