Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Organization's bookkeeper prepares financial statements. From these a CPA prepares a 990. The 990 is reviewed by bookkeeper and the organization's Treasurer. Once review is complete and tax return approved by treasurer, the 990 is electronically filed by the CPA. In the tax year here reported - the organization incurred legal expenses in a lawsuit filed to protect its interests. The matter has since been resolved. No further expenses are expected in connection with the lawsuit.
