ARTICLE VIII - AMENDMENTS: Both versions state that the Bylaws can be amended by a 2 3 majority vote of the Board members present at any regular meeting and the Board can adopt and alter operating policies and resolutions not inconsistent with the Bylaws. Reason for Changes: The changes were made to improve organizational efficiency enhance member engagement and better align with our strategic goals. The membership rules were updated based on legal advice. We changed the meeting frequency to reflect annual program needs and the nominating committee was removed due to needing alternate mechanisms to determine officers. |
