Statement Note 1	Request to Abate Penalties for late filing.The taxpayer respectfully requests abatement of the late filing penalty. There was miscommunication regarding preparation of the return between the tax preparer and the client which caused the return not to be filed on time. The taxpayer is otherwise current with all filings with the IRS and does not owe any other taxes or penalties. The taxpayer has put steps in place to insure that the return is timely filed in the future.
