Form 990, Part III, Line 1	On April 29, 2024, a fire completely destroyed the Club's clubhouse and contents. Management determined all of the Club's fixed assets should be written off. The Club received $852,066 of insurance proceeds. Management decided to build a new clubhouse and construction began in 2024. A $199,405 liability is recorded on the balance sheet in Part X.
