If a conflict does exist, the Board will determine whether they can obtain a more advantageous transaction or arrangement from a person or entity that would not give rise to a conflict of interest. At that time, they are provided copies of salary surveys from the National Association of REALTORS, The American Society of Association Executives and an Independent Consultant who conducts surveys of REALTOR Associations. The Committee evaluates the progress made toward achieving the objectives established in the strategic plan, and other objectives set in the prior year's evaluation to determine the achievements of the CEO.
