Form 990, Part III, Line 1	To advance and encourage all the domestic agricultural and industrial arts and sciences to conduct and engage in educational and organizational enterprises in the futherance of these objectives to conduct agricultural and industrial fairs and such other special and periodic displays and exhibitions of a competitve nature as may further the primary purpose for the organization of this Society to provide recreational facilities and services and maintain installations incidental thereto to avail itself of all the benefits afforded by the laws of the State of Minnesota with reference to county agricultural societies and to participate in all activities which will advance and encourage domestic agricultural and industrial arts and sciences.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11A	The 990 Return is available to any member upon request. During our Annual Meeting, the financial reports are discussed and upon approval the 990 is signed and e-filed.
Form 990, Part XI, Line 9	The books were closed and found an error in the payroll taxes which was adjusted and affected retarined earnings.
