Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The members of the organization are all dues paying, and benefit from the organization's mission and meet on a regular basis.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Board of Directors elects Executive Committee Representing Each Member Trade. Business Managers or Heads of each Affiliated Trades or Councils are seated on the Board.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Decisions of the Executive Committee are reviewed by the Board. All Board decisions are put to a vote of all members of the Board.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Copy of Form 990 is provided to the Executive Board for review and approval.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Possible conflicts of interest are reviewed by the organization's legal council, and the results of such review are presented to the Executive Director and Board.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15b	The Executive Director's wage and benefits are reviewed by the Board every two years. The review is performance based and compensation is comparative to similar industry work. Other than Executive Director, all employee wages are collectively bargained with OPEIU Local 8.
