| Form 990-EZ, Header, Line B | This is an Amended Tax Return. Reason for Filing an Amended Tax Return: Idaho Recreation and Park Association (IRPA) hasn't received $50,000 in gross revenues so has previously filed a 990N. During this year, there have been many changes in our organization. An Executive Director was hired and removed, the treasurer resigned due to moving to another state, and it took a while to find and appoint a new treasurer. As was done previously, a 990N was filed for this fiscal year, but after finally getting all the receipts and documentation from the previous executive director and treasurer, it was realized that IRPA exceeded $50,000 in gross receipts for the fiscal year of 10/1/2023-9/30/2024; therefore, IRPA is now filing an amended 990EZ. |
