28 Meetings, Conventions, Seminars, to discuss, educate, and develop labor issues, for the enhancement of Letter Carriers and the contractual rights. Our Local Branch 6119 Metairie / LaPlace has a total of 283 Members.

29 Our Local Branch with our monthly meetings encourages the members to attend the Local Conventions and the National Conventions. Every year for the local Conventions and every other year for the National Convention to increase their education, to advance themselves to the highest level in their field or outside.
